2. Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Booking, Estimates & Payment
- Estimates given through our quote form or over the phone are based on the information you provide; the final price may be adjusted after we've seen the property or if the scope of work changes.
- Payment is due on completion of the service, unless we've agreed to different terms in writing.
- We accept the payment methods listed to you at the time of booking.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If you're not satisfied with a completed cleaning, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
5. Your Responsibilities
When you book with us, you agree to:
- give us accurate information about the property and the work requested;
- secure or point out any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before we arrive;
- provide safe, reasonable access to the property for our team; and
- not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it.
6. Our Liability
We're licensed and insured, and we take care to protect your home or office while we work. That said, our liability for any claim arising from a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service, and we're not responsible for damage to items that weren't properly secured or disclosed to us in advance, or for pre-existing damage.
